CONDITIONS FOR ARTICLE PUBLISHING

In order to be published, an article has to fulfill the following conditions:

• it is paramount that provider would allow positioning of your article on his server. For example, the purely political articles are forbidden by the provider.
• the article should put some light on the most important aspects of it's topic at least .
• write short articles, generally from 1 to 20 written pages of A4 format.
• an article should consist of text and occasional titles with no big formatting. Do not expect your pictures and special formatting would be presented in the same formatting shape, except in the case of an article of extraordinary quality or importance, which you can not know in advance.
• an article has to be reasonably and thoroughly based on objective facts.
• an article may not contain insulting words. Of course strong emotions are inseparable part of great article, and strong words can be integral part of truth, and they are perfectly acceptable.
• if you do not agree with arguments of some article already published in this cite, you may not write your text as a simple answer to the article that exists here, because this cite has not the form of an Internet forum or e-mail server. However, here you can write your article with the same title as the author that you do not agree with, and by stating YOUR assumptions, YOUR arguments, YOUR persuasions, and of course YOUR ways of thinking you can come to the personal conclusions, and that article will be published if you put some light on the subject from the completely new angle and by bringing important new facts and conclusions. If you wish, at most at one place in your article (usually in the beginning) you can quote the title of the article published here that you do not agree with, and the name of his author, but the rest of the text should be the thorough discussion of your own thoughts.
• it is desirable that the topic you choose be of interest for the broader society during the long period of time - as long as possible from the date of publishing.
• the decision of publishing your article here or not, would be left to myself; this surely is far from popular, but some kind of administration has to exist. If your article is published that does not necessarily means I agree or disagree with it. If I choose not to publish your article, that only means you can publish it somewhere else, and perhaps even get a reward for it!
• and finally, before you send your article, make sure it is in proper format for publishing.

Anyway, you will be informed by email if your article is accepted for publication or not. If your article is not accepted the email will not necessarily contain any reasons about that refusal.

The article would stay on this site as long as it is considered up-to-date by myself.
